What file types can I send?
Print-ready PDF is best. We also take AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG. For logos, a vector file stays sharp at any size — a screenshot or a file pulled off a website usually will not.
If all you have is a business card or a photo of an old shirt, send that. We can rebuild artwork.
What does “bleed” mean, and do I need it?
If colour or an image runs to the very edge, it needs to extend 1/8″ past the trim line on every side — that extra gets cut off. Keep text and logos at least 1/8″ inside the trim. Not sure your file has it? Send it anyway; we will tell you on the proof.
What resolution do images need to be?
300 dpi at final printed size for anything held in the hand. Banners and yard signs are viewed from further away, so 100–150 dpi at full size is fine. Images saved off the web are usually 72 dpi and print soft.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. A digital proof to approve before anything goes on press, normally within one to two business days of receiving artwork. A printed proof on the actual stock can be arranged for larger jobs.
How fast can you turn a job around?
It depends on the product and quantity, so we quote turnaround with the price rather than promise a blanket number. Hard date? Say so up front and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it and what rush would cost.
Is there a minimum order?
Not on most printed items — a single set of cards or one banner is fine. Apparel and promotional products carry supplier minimums that vary by item; we tell you what they are when we quote.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Send Pantone (PMS) numbers if you have them. If you only have a website hex code we convert it and show the result on the proof — screens and paper do not always agree.
Do campaign materials need a disclaimer?
In Texas most political advertising needs a “political advertising paid for by” line. We flag it on the proof if it is missing, but wording and compliance are your treasurer's call — check the Texas Ethics Commission's current guidance before you approve.
Are you a union shop?
Yes. We carry a union bug and can print it on your materials — many labor-endorsed campaigns require it. Tick the box on the quote form or just tell us, and it goes on the proof so you can see exactly where it sits before anything prints.
Pickup or delivery?
Either. Collect from us at 2001 Karbach St, Suite V, Houston 77092, or we ship — and for group orders we can ship to each person so nobody sorts a box.
